Dan Roark is an experienced CEO, entrepreneur, and investor with a strong track record in scaling technology companies, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Gestalt Diagnostics and is a member of the company's Board of Directors.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Mr. Roark brings a strategic and operational perspective to digital health innovation. Prior to joining Gestalt, he held senior leadership roles across multiple organizations, including as CEO of several early- and growth-stage companies. His expertise spans SaaS, diagnostics, healthcare IT, and medical device sectors.

In addition to his role at Gestalt, Dan is an active angel investor and advisor to technology startups. His background in operational scaling, business development, and capital strategy contributes to Gestalt’s continued growth and vision.

Mr. Roark earned a BS in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
