WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT FOR BOTH DIGITAL AND GLASS IN THE SAME SYSTEM!
The same solution that enables digital workflow and reporting management for digitized cases can also be used to manage your glass slide workflow.
This singular solution offers a big benefit to labs that use manual methods like spreadsheets to track their case load and distribution of glass slides to pathologists and lack a way of monitoring which ones have been sent out, their delivery status, or their read/dictation status.
Our PathFlow solution provides a single platform where technicians can include both digitized cases and glass slides into the same process and workflow for all anatomic pathology cases. Pathologists can see their worklist of digitized cases along with their list of glass slides to be read. Tracking, monitoring, and reporting are all done from within our platform and enable an enterprise-wide, real-time view of all case work in the system.
WORKFLOW PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD
All of your cases are automatically tracked and reportable. Service level agreements (SLAs) with referring hospitals or clinicians can be configured by clients so that each agreement is monitored and its status updated. Feedback and tracking of technical errors such as a poor scan quality, image artifacts, misaligned tissue scan or other problems can be tracked and reported for improvement opportunities. You can quickly and easily view or run reports such as daily, weekly or monthly turnaround times (TAT) for each physician in real time and then provide reports, individually or enterprise wide.
CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION & VOICE RECOGNITION (VR)
Gestalt’s PathFlow integrates reporting and voice recognition software is a complete clinical reporting solution. This solution enables pathologists to use natural language processing to create their diagnostic reports which are then sent back to whichever LIS originated the case.
We also offer affordable, remote transcription services.
CASE WORKFLOW & ROUTING, ESCALATION & REPORT DISTRIBUTION
PathFlow enables highly configurable rules to route exams to appropriate sub-specialized pathologists automatically. Cases automatically populate digital worklists with all available patient information readily available to the pathologist. Cases age and turn color based on service level agreements with referring entities or your preferred settings. Distribution of dictated reports are handled automatically via an intelligent rules engine that is configurable by you or based upon your providers’ preferences.
UNIVERSAL IMAGE VIEWER
Our digital viewer works with images from a variety of different image file formats produced by different digital pathology scanners, including images produced on Leica, Philips, Motic and many others. Our goal is to continue to include new image file formats and scanners as they are updated or enter the market to ensure your ability to read any image from any scanner. We invite you to contact us regarding your particular WSI scanner image format specifications. If we don’t support it today, we will work with you to include it in our list of supported formats for tomorrow.
