She currently serves as President of Gestalt Diagnostics, where she leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth as it redefines digital pathology through AI-powered tools and interoperable solutions.
Lisa-Jean’s passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology can be traced back to her leadership roles at McKesson and IDX (now GE Healthcare), where she specialized in business development and marketing, and at Psyche Systems, where she served as CEO for eleven years.
Recognized as an industry expert, she contributes to numerous boards including the Association of Pathology Informatics and the Medical Laboratory Observer Editorial Advisory Board. She is widely published in leading industry publications such as Forbes, CAP Today, MLO, and Health Data Management, and is a sought-after speaker on topics including lab automation, interoperability, digital pathology, AI in diagnostics, lab informatics, oncology, and women’s health.

Outside of her professional work, Lisa-Jean owns and operates a horse farm that recently expanded to rescue both farm and domestic animals.
