Ethan has worked with dozens of anatomic pathology laboratories across the United States and Canada for the past 18 years, helping them to maximize return on their information systems and growing their business through IT solutions. 

Ethan is based in our Boise, Idaho office and started out in anatomic pathology in 2001 as a system manager for the department of pathology at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to joining the Gestalt team, Ethan founded and operated Peak Medical Technologies, consulting with anatomic pathology laboratories on support, interfacing, development, workflow, reporting, and data management.

Ethan believes strongly in the interdependency of laboratory efficiency and patient safety and focuses his efforts around that principle. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
