Dan has nearly 30 years experience in technology and life science businesses. His passion for continual process improvement led him to establish two successful technology startups for instrumentation, robotics, and automation serving the biotechnology and life science industries that he subsequently sold to Perkin Elmer Life Sciences (NYSE: PKI) and Brooks Automation (Nasdaq: BRSK). H0e held senior leadership roles at both companies in General Management and Business Development. He established key relationships with top-tier hospitals, institutes, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, Department of US Army, and industry market leaders including Danaher, Beckman Coulter, ThermoFisher, Ortho Diagnostics, and others. He has extensively traveled in the USA and internationally in Europe, the Pacific Rim, and Asia. He has B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University and biochemistry from Whitworth University.

Dan is an executive board member of GenPrime and MotoTrax. He is an investor and mentor to startup companies and affliated with the Spokane Angel Alliance and KickStart III investment fund. He is an active outdoor enthusiast and likes to travel with family and friends.

Roopam has 20 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of building high performance teams that have been focused on developing enterprise level software.

His experience includes International team operations and knowledge of security (keys and certificates), storage, and healthcare in regulated environments. This expertise includes software engineering, process optimization and people leadership.

His prior roles were diverse, ranging from engineering and program management to architecture, design and systems performance refinements. Previous employers include GE Healthcare, SanDisk and FusionIO.

Roopam has a Masters in Computer Science from Dibrugarh University(Ind). Roopam has an abiding interest in building products that are secure, easy to maintain and use, and which provide value to society.

In his leisure, Roopam loves photography, gourmet cooking, traveling and binge watching movies in winter.

Brian has been involved in process engineering and product development for nearly 20 years in the healthcare continuum in sales, IT management, and software development. He has held positions in sales at Allscripts, Chief Information Officer for Columbia Medical Associates, and Lead Software Architect for Nuvodia where he was a co-inventor of RadWorkFlow the product developed to bring digital workflow automation to radiology medical imaging. He is now lead on product development of the Gestalt PathFlow Digital Pathology Platform for workflow automation for pathology laboratories.

Brian holds a degree in Philosophy from Biola University. He is passionate about product development and enjoys farming and actively raising 4 young children.

Kevin is a business consultant providing business development and strategic planning services to Gestalt. He has twenty years experience in the business side of healthcare. Kevin was previously Director of Business Development for Nuvodia and was responsible for leading the acquisitions and on-boarding of TROI IT, and QuickStudy Radiology. Prior to that he was Marketing Director for Inland Imaging.

Kevin has an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and a BBA from the George Washington University.

Ken McCabe is a Neuro-radiologist with Inland Imaging. Ken is the former Chairman of Inland Imaging Investments, Inc. During his tenure as Chairman, Inland created an information technology company, Nuvodia, which he chaired for several years. Recently, Ken facilitated Gestalt’s startup and facilitated it through the second round funding.

Dr. McCabe completed medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, began his career with an internship at the Presbyterian Medical Center University of Pennsylvania Health System, followed by a residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He completed a Fellowship in neuroradiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis, MO.

Chris Zylak is a neuro-interventional radiologist at Inland Imaging. He has been interested in, and actively involved in, the application of IT to improve healthcare. He has been an active participant in the development of specialized workflow software in radiology and believes similar benefits can be achieved in anatomic pathology.

Dr. Zylak completed medical school at Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada, and an internship at Kino Community Hospital – Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona. He completed a residency at the University Medical Center and affiliated hospitals, Tucson, Arizona.

Dr. Zylak holds fellowships in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Cardiac and Radiology/Interventional.

Jon has been a leader within Inland Imaging’s family of companies for 17 years. Before becoming CEO at Nuvodia, he served as CIO of Inland Imaging and CEO of Inland Imaging Business Associates. He was also creator and CEO of RadWorkFlow, a joint venture between Inland Imaging and Providence Healthcare that resulted in a specialized radiology workflow software that is now marketed nationally by Medicalis, a division of Siemens Healthcare.

Jon is the visionary and leader who spearheaded the development of Gestalt Diagnostics, LLC, and led the company from initial startup through second round funding. Jon maintains his passion for improving healthcare through IT and continues an active involvement in Gestalt’s business.

Jon holds a B.S. in Business from California State College in Sacramento. He serves on the advisory board of the Eastern Washington University School of Science, Health and Engineering. He is also a member of the advisory board for Washington State University’s Master in Healthcare Administration program.

Wayne is an active entrepreneur and investor. In addition to providing substantial insights from over three decades of experience in medical technology and venture capital, Wayne has a seasoned grasp of the global healthcare environment.

In addition to his board membership on Gestalt Diagnostics, LLC, Wayne serves as President and CEO of Remote Medical International. Wayne leverages his experience to accelerate performance, drive strategic business decisions, and effectively manage operational growth.

Prior to RMI, Wayne held a number of executive leadership roles, including founder and CEO of both JeNu Biosciences, a technology-driven skincare company, and NeoPath, a leading medical diagnostics company. He also served as the CEO of Confirma, a company that developed and marketed computer-aided-detection (CAD) systems for medical imaging. Additionally, Wayne held partner roles at Cable & Howse Ventures and Encompass Ventures.

Mr. Wager holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
