Your first interaction with our services team will most likely be during your implementation. We assign a dedicated implementation manager to you as soon as you become a customer. This person is your go-to contact who will be with you every step of the implementation process from the first planning call through your go-live to ensure timing stays on track and answer any questions you may have.
We also implement solutions or products that you might purchase once you have already gone live with your initial implementation. The process is the same from both a project management perspective and the assignment of a dedicated contact for the duration of each and every project you have with us.
